Momentum can be a real challenge for any leader, but what if it was easy, what if it was so enjoyable that you couldn't live without it and it became part of who you are as a person? I can't say that I have discovered the answer to this question but rather this is my question. What if leading a group of people was more like surfing? You pick your moment, set your angle, and try to stay ahead of the current.
